Like the others, I went there because I felt the doctor was professional after reading the doctor's blog posts. The doctor's tone is really like the blog haha. They are cool, and like others said, they are definitely not the type to volunteer all sorts of things first; they are the type to lead you into asking questions. It would probably help to look around other places first, study a lot, and then organize the questions you want to ask before going.
