I feel like the consultation fee of 10,000 won was a waste because they didn't explain anything at all. Even when I asked questions, they didn't answer and just kept quiet and scolded me. I wondered whether communication would even work after surgery. It's a revision-surgery hospital, so even if they explained things well I'd still be worried and anxious, but after going in with expectations I was disappointed.
