I had my first surgery at Duhan Plastic Surgery. (Eyes, nose) I have a bulbous nose, thick skin, and almost no columella to begin with. I had the surgery at Duhan Plastic Surgery 5 years ago, and honestly, because my bridge and columella were what stressed me out, I wanted them to address the columella, but the director said it was risky and didn’t touch it, ending the surgery with only silicone in the bridge. I’m not sure how kind they were...^^
