I am a man, and I had a bulbous nose with a wide nasal base, but I decided on rhinoplasty because I wanted to look better. After an initial failed clinic, I had my nose surgery at this clinic, and it has already been about 3 years now. My nose shape did become prettier than before, but it did not change dramatically. If my old nose was ugly, now it is at least something that can be looked at. It looks much better than the artificial noses you see on the internet. In any case, the doctor seems to operate without overdoing it. The doctor is very responsible. It is not the kind of place where they say the surgery is over and then wash their hands of you; they say to come back anytime if there is a problem. In fact, when I had inflammation, they took responsibility until the very end. By contrast, the manager is not great. Before surgery, they are like an angel, but after surgery, they are not responsible.
