I do not recommend nose surgery. My older brother had it done here, and the scar is really bad, and he hurts whenever anything even slightly touches it.. He had it because of the bump in the middle of his nose, but they shaved too much and inserted silicone, so his nose became way too big... and because of the silicone it even bent a little.
