They explained that they would do an osteotomy, put in 3 mm for the nasal bridge, and raise the nose tip, but because the facial skin is thin they said they could not raise it much and would instead make it natural. I also did not want the osteotomy. Rather than talking about the face as a whole, it felt like they were looking only at the nose. For now, maybe because they are too busy, they looked very tired.
