About 2 years ago I went for a consultation for functional nose surgery. There was an ENT specialist? and they could examine me with a nasal endoscope. They recommended removing the inferior turbinate because it was swollen, but I had seen too many side effects from inferior turbinate removal, so I did not go for it. For the functional surgery, the cosmetic part was the tip + septum + ear cartilage. After filing down the dorsal hump, they said it would look uneven, so they suggested placing silicone, but I did not do it. It was a typical large factory-style hospital on the Seomyeon plastic surgery street.
