I know there are a lot of people, but the waiting time is way too long. I waited about an hour and a half just to consult with the director, and after that I think I waited another 15 to 20 minutes to talk to the consultation manager. It felt like they were almost leaving waiting customers alone and just acting busy, to the point that it seemed like they were treating customers like fools. When I asked about the surgical method, they said the materials were septum and silicone, but they explained the process too roughly, so I didn’t really get a feel for it.
