The wait was not that long, but the director explained things so carelessly that I felt embarrassed. It felt like he was explaining, but I could not tell whether he was talking to me or just muttering to himself T_T He was saying this and that while looking at the photos, but I could not hear well and I was upset. Even when I asked questions, he said no and had the attitude that he simply did not want to listen, so I left without saying anything. The manager was extremely kind.
