Getting an appointment was a bit tough... I did accept that I would have to wait and booked early, but if your schedule is urgent, it would probably be inconvenient. The director was really kind, and I left in a great mood. The director also explained things well by showing many different clinical photos, and even sent me a text with a simulated plastic surgery image on the way home. The cost was lower than I expected, and since this was my third time there, lol, I think it was fine.
