My trust completely broke right there. Well, because I was frowning, they said they would film it on my phone, but then they looked at me like I was the strange one. They said there are only two directors here and that there would be absolutely no issue, so do not worry, but honestly, how am I supposed to believe that haha? What kind of world is this these days... haha
At another clinic they said they would use donated rib cartilage, which I had not even been recommending, and when I said I did not think I needed donated rib cartilage, they insisted that it was absolutely better to use it and kept talking only about how great their clinic was, saying other clinics are not famous for nose surgery and that since they do a lot of nose surgery, they import donated rib cartilage from a supplier anyway...
Then, while I was thinking whether I really needed donated rib cartilage, they told me I must use it and that the price was the best possible, but I just wanted to leave the clinic quickly.
The director seems to like small talk. That can come across as friendly, but from a patient's point of view it makes the trust feel a bit lower... Still, they seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge.
