I had full-face fat grafting plus misco and misthak surgery in 2014. I received a second round, and whether it was well engrafted or not, it has stayed in place well without side effects until now. The engraftment rate was high, so personally I'm very satisfied! However, when I had the fat grafting back then, they also had me get misco + misthak, which involves putting threads into the tip of the nose and the chin to make them sharper. Scar tissue formed under my chin, so the tip of my chin became a bit crooked. It doesn't stand out much unless you look closely, but if you pay attention, it shows. The director and the staff were not especially kind. Just so-so!
