The doctor (Director Hong) was very kind during the consultation. I don't remember the exact price, but it was affordable, in the 1 million won range. I was told that if I did lower eyelid fat repositioning together, there would be a small additional cost of about 200,000 won, and the consultant seemed a bit scary lol
