I had medial canthoplasty here, and it seemed like they pursued something more natural rather than something artificial. They widened the inner corner without showing much of the caruncle, but I wanted to see a bit more. Still, after actually having the surgery, if it had shown too much, I might have looked into reconstruction, so I am satisfied
