The consultation manager here is the real deal. Maybe because I was a bit late, the consultation with the director felt like it lasted only about 5 minutes. But I talked with the manager for an hour. They told me about their own nose and eyes, explained in very fine detail what side effects there were and what I would or wouldn't need, and even recommended other departments since this is an eye-specialty hospital. They also taught me how to open my eyes and how I can take care of myself in daily life after surgery. I'm here for revision surgery and I'm absolutely looking for a clinic where the doctor communicates, but this is the only place where the consultation fee of 10,000 won doesn't feel wasted even without a consultation with the director. I think the consultation manager is new, and personally I want to get their business card, and because I felt a bit disappointed with the director consultation, I'm planning to go back for another consultation.
