I had the surgery 3 years ago after a friend's recommendation. I had epicanthoplasty and double-eyelid surgery, and the goal was a man's subtle double eyelid. During the consultation, they explained everything well while adjusting the line. Post-op care was also thorough. Right after surgery and for about 6 months, the line was visible, but from then until now it's been almost a subtle double eyelid, with only the outer corner of the eye slightly visible. Everyone I met after the surgery couldn't tell I had anything done, so it turned out very natural.
