I had surgery 10 years ago and it has held up well without coming undone. After seeing my changed appearance in real life, many of my friends got it too. About half of my friends did well, and half didn't like it and even went to another clinic to get surgery again. Overall, it doesn't look overdone and seems to be good work. It looks natural, and I still think I got a double eyelid that suits my face well.
