I had cartilage from the ear and silicone added to the bridge of my nose. It seems like they make the nose a bit long. A friend and I did it together, and my friend also had it made too long, so we had it lowered a bit. The clinic did provide aftercare. And they say ear cartilage sinks later on, so it really feels like it's gradually turning droopy.. T_T They also seem to make it too straight. I'm dissatisfied with the shape, so I'm looking into revision surgery in Seoul.
