Seems like a director who sticks to the basics. They clearly said what could be done at the exact parts I wanted and what could not be done.
My nasal bridge was low for a man and the tip of my nose was low and blunt,
so I first had surgery with silicone + septum, and after 9 months the tip of the nose
had dropped a lot, so as a revision they also raised the tip again with ear cartilage.
The result is extremely natural, and people who see it even say they cannot look at anything except the nose because it is so pretty..
My thought was... if you want something flashy, I would not recommend it, but if your goal is like mine, where the change is clear yet natural, then I recommend it.
It just feels like my nose was born this way.... There is absolutely no sense of mismatch.
The staff on the 2nd floor are just so-so. They feel exactly like they came to work, not friendly at all, and their expressions are blank. Is that their concept..? On the other hand, the nurses on the 3rd floor who check the progress are very kind. The director laughs warmly and gives a fatherly feeling. The facility itself is a little disappointing because there is no elevator, and having to change slippers and move between the 2nd and 3rd floors is a bit annoying...
