The consultation manager was rather elderly. When I said I only wanted the silicone removed, they felt my nose and said it seemed to be about 4 mm thick, and said they would call the doctor. I had made an appointment with the main director, but a male doctor who had just finished surgery came in. I said I wanted it removed, but he said the nostrils show and the nasal wall is thick, so it would be better to shave some of that bone and use ear cartilage and dermis to make the nose a bit longer After the doctor's short consultation, he left, and the manager continued the explanation. They said that if what I want is only removal, that is also possible. They said reservations are hard to get, so I should put down a deposit today. I decided to think about it~~~
