I had a consultation with Dr. Chae Hyun, and although he seemed busy, he explained things in quite a lot of detail and spoke confidently. But the consultation staff were really the worst of the worst... I had two consultations, and one person was kind, but the other had an attitude from the moment she walked in, like everything I said was wrong and she was right. It felt almost like she was trying to pick a fight, and when she noticed I was getting upset she forced herself to be a bit nicer, then later said things like, think of me as your older sister and ask me anything.. really the worst haha. This place is known for rude consultation staff, but for the sake of the future they really need to improve. And after the consultation, when I said I wanted to have surgery in 3 months, they said no at first, then later seemed to give in.. I made a reservation, but I'm still thinking about whether to go through with the surgery!
