Both the manager and the doctor were kind. I have a bulbous nose, and even though the price included alar reduction, it was cheaper than I expected. At first, they took photos and then brought me in, and they explained the asymmetry in my face and told me that surgery would improve those areas. I liked that they explained it in a fairly concrete way.
