My friend said she was going for a consultation, so I went along. The consultation sounded really good, and the director seemed like a good person. More than anything, my friend's surgery turned out well! haha So I got a consultation too and had surgery. Even after the surgery, every time I went in for follow-up, they checked carefully and answered my questions kindly, which I appreciated. Once, I came to the hospital for aftercare and left without seeing the director, and as I was walking out I heard someone running down the stairs from above. When I looked, it was the director running out and telling me I should have shown my face before leaving, asking why I was leaving without seeing them. I was moved by that~ I could feel how much they cared. Every time I went, the staff and all the other team members were kind too. The surgery did have a point that needed correction because the silicone in my nose did not fit well, but in the end the director tried hard to resolve it as much as possible and took care of it, so it was fixed without major problems. And more than anything, every time I saw the director, I felt they were not only a good doctor but also a good person, which made me feel comfortable. There are doctors who completely change their attitude before and after surgery, but here, whenever I mentioned anything uncomfortable or anything I was curious about, they listened well, answered well, checked my progress kindly every time, and treated me well, so I think my anxiety after surgery was reduced.
