The role of the consultation director seems way too excessive here. Modern consumers are not fools, and this was the first place where the consultation director said even before the doctor's consultation that this is the material you need to use. I was going for my first surgery and wanted a non-implant approach because I was afraid of silicone, and I also had slight rhinitis so I thought I might do it together. But even though I had already heard at other hospitals that a non-implant approach would be difficult anyway, the consultation director suddenly came in with my chart and said, 'You need silicone, don't you?' That's this hospital. Anyway, for this hospital to improve, it feels like the entire consultation system needs to be rechecked. Anyway, right from the start, thanks to the consultation director(?), the patient’s mind gets closed off. I even thought, should I just leave? but I decided to at least meet the director and waited. Director. Consultation satisfaction 99%. Since they are an ENT specialist, they explained the nose structure in detail. Very kind. They showed similar cases, and they are the type who understand even if the patient explains things clumsily. I can say communication was absolutely top-notch. It is personal preference, but looking at the post-op cases, it matched almost 99% with the nose I want. Honestly, surgery is done by the doctor, and the consultation director is, in a way, just the bridge between patient and doctor, a supportive role, but here I had a very big concern about whether communication with the doctor after surgery would really be smooth because of the consultation director. The consultation director points out from the start that you need this material? If later something unsatisfactory comes up after surgery?? What would the consultation director even say? The surgery cost was among the highest of the many hospitals I visited for consultations, but if the nose comes out the way I want, well... unless the consultation director changes, I do not think I will feel like going back for another consultation ^^^^^^
