I went for a consultation. The chief doctor was meticulous during the consultation and tailored it to my body type. He clearly pointed out what seemed possible and what would not work here. However, the consultation manager was not great. Rather than carefully listening to my concerns and worries, it felt like the conversation was only about haggling over the price, with an attitude like, "Here! I'll give you this much of a discount!"
