The director looked extremely busy, like he had to go into surgery right away, and he just rattled off that I absolutely had to use donated rib cartilage and that my nose was low and blunt and things like that. I just kept saying yes... yes... and left. He did ask if I had anything else I wanted to ask, but I felt bad about asking I went because I heard they do glamorous noses well, but the consultation felt so half-hearted that I wasn’t drawn in
