I had my first nose surgery in 2016. My nose bridge was low, so it had stressed me out since I was little, and my parents also used to say that we definitely had to build up the nose later, haha, so I searched for reviews on a surgery app and visited three or four places, But Top Class seemed to make them look glamorous and well-defined. The hospital also did not feel factory-like, which was nice. But I asked them to make it as high as possible, and they said the maximum was 4 mm or 3.5 mm or something and that they had set it to the maximum, but it came out more natural than I expected My original nose was probably just too low.... Friends I met after a long time did not even know I had surgery and thought I had just changed my makeup method. If I show them the before-surgery photos, they say it changed a lot and is much better after surgery, but I still feel disappointed
