The doctor started the double eyelid surgery right away before the anesthesia had properly taken effect.. Usually they start once the anesthesia seems to have kicked in, right? Anyway, it hurt so much.. It has been a little over a month since the surgery, but the swelling has still barely gone down. Even from far away, you can tell that I got double eyelid surgery, to the point that you can say, ah, that person had double eyelid surgery. I think the swelling needs more time to settle.
