Consultant: kind, busy, pushing for reservations, asked which hospital I went to, asked how I found out about it Director Lee: kind, trustworthy voice, no excessive treatment, wanted to finish quickly, answered questions but didn't really talk first I went a bit late, so because I was waiting I came out after closing time, but the consulting manager didn't show any discomfort. But they kept asking about other hospitals and how I found out, so I felt a little like, what is this? Director Lee had a voice that felt trustworthy, but the method was different from what I was aiming for. Still, there was no excessive treatment.
