In my case, I had concerns because I had filler injected three times, which spread the glabella and made it look like a straight nose, plus a slightly protruding mouth. Before the consultation, they took front, side, and 45-degree photos and analyzed my face based on them. They immediately identified the concerns I had, and as a solution they said they would lower the starting point of the bridge and raise the tip of the nose, but since my nose didn't need to be raised much, they would use dermis for both areas. In addition, they said they could improve the protruding mouth area around the philtrum below the nose with microfat grafting. I liked that they thought about not just the nose but the overall harmony of the face and clearly pointed out what should be preserved and what should be improved in my current face during the consultation.
