I was happy with the director's explanations and the methods. It was my first consultation and I did not know anything, so I could not ask many questions, but the director just explained everything themselves rather than taking questions and answering them. I thought the director was a bit unusual. They kept saying things like "the director this, the director that," referring to themselves in the third person. But I had never seen a clinic quote such a high price for a first nose surgery before.....
