My nose is a hanging nose, so I got a consultation about covering the nostrils. It was my first surgery, but they recommended costal cartilage rather than septal cartilage. They said AS lasts for 3 years, and they said the whole surgery process could be broadcast live on CCTV, which made me trust them a lot. Since it was my first surgery and I wanted to avoid using costal cartilage and go conservatively, I ultimately did not choose this hospital, but it was still a place that made me keep deliberation..
