Um... first of all, the staff were not very kind, but the doctor was kind. And they did not recommend surgeries that were not necessary. I had thought about the nasal bridge too, but they told me not to do it. Also, they said that doing only the tip would look higher and prettier on my nose, but I am still thinking about it.
