The first good thing was that they told me what I needed within a short time. I originally went in for consultation about lower canthoplasty, but they told me about upper canthoplasty, and only then did I realize there was a problem with the upper canthoplasty. So they really do point out the parts that need attention well. But in terms of friendliness, it was not very good. Still, consultation is important, and I could feel that they were really busy and had to step out for only a short time between surgeries or other work, so I also felt like I could not really get a proper consultation in return.
