From other reviews it says they're arrogant? but I didn't feel anything like that at all. They were kind and explained things, and then said, do you have any questions? but I had booked the consultation in a hurry so I couldn't ask much T_T But the consultation manager was not great.. not exactly rude, but not kind either. She was a woman a bit older, and she spoke quickly, so it was hard to take notes.
