I went to get a consultation for breast surgery. I don't know much about the other things, but it was obvious that the consultation manager was only there to push consultations. After booking the surgery, it became hard to even see the consultation manager's face, and the way she spoke made it sound like she was doing me some special favor that others don't get. I didn't like it.
