I liked that they explained everything while showing me actual before-and-after photos from surgeries they personally performed. There were no reviews to be found anywhere, so I had been curious about what style they did, but they showed me enough through the photos. It seemed like they designed in a natural and refined way, and they said the eye frame needed to be changed, but looking at the photos, it really became a completely different eye, so I trusted them. They were not especially kind, and maybe because they had pride, I felt like they would not be able to do the surgery in the direction I wanted. The price was also way too high, so I gave up right away T_T
