I got a consultation for implant removal surgery, and the director immediately pointed out the problems and explained things in detail. He was not extremely kind, but you could feel his experience, and he looked over the nose from several angles while talking, so I felt reassured. Still, not being able to see before-and-after photos was very disappointing. The consultation coordinator was kind and seemed thorough. The surgery fee probably varies depending on difficulty, but it was somewhat higher than what I found online.
