I had a consultation about removal of a septal extension graft. The doctor's first impression was extremely cool and aloof. When I said the reason for removal was a foreign-body sensation and dissatisfaction with the shape, they said they would do a good job removing it. When I expressed concern that my nose might droop after removal, they said they could keep it close to the previous shape. I am still collecting clinic info I plan to decide on a removal clinic later
