It does not have that Gangnam plastic-surgery look They do it without making it excessive So... the tip of my nose dropped a lot I think that depends on the person A friend who had surgery around the same time still looks the same now.. Nobody can tell that I had nose surgery There is a scar, but The staff are busy doing their own jobs and I had to wait a long time in a quiet consultation room
