It has been 3 weeks since I had surgery to slightly shave down the hump, raise the tip with septal cartilage, and use silicone for the bridge of the nose! Personally, I loved it from right after the splint was removed, and after 2 weeks it became lower than on the day the splint came off, which is a little disappointing, but it looks much more natural now. It is still early, but I plan to keep an eye on how it develops from here.
