I went there through a friend's introduction, but the facility felt more like a neighborhood clinic than I expected and also a bit old. Still, the director and the manager both had this veteran? kind of vibe, so I felt like, ah, this is a hospital that has been operating for a long time. During the consultation with the director, they pointed out exactly which parts I disliked and how they would improve them, so even in a short time I felt like I got all the information I needed. The director felt so professional and trustworthy that I was actually planning to book right away. But I have a strong aversion to Gore-Tex.. so I decided to think about it more
