The surgeon is really kind. The consultation was quite long, but I didn't really get much time to ask questions. Still, everything they explained was fine. It was easy to understand because they showed photos while explaining! The manager was also fairly kind, but there was a slight push to pay a reservation deposit, so that part was a bit much.. Still, the consultation was decent overall~
