I had once gone in for a nose consultation because the director was said to be a bit professional. Back then I got a consultation about lowering the nasal tip with septal cartilage, and in the end I didn’t have surgery, but after the consultation I did start to want to have the surgery. But the reviews were so good that I was really looking forward to the consultation, and it didn’t quite meet my expectations.
