They were kind, and the consultation lasted an hour. While I was visiting several places, I was startled because they strongly insisted on something called nasolabial angle correction, which was the first time I had heard of it (I went for a consultation on a no-gore nose tip surgery, and I wanted the nasolabial angle to change as little as possible). If your goal is nasolabial angle correction, it might be worth going. They seem to do a lot of nasolabial angle work, and aftercare was the best among the places I visited. But since I want the nasolabial angle to stay unchanged, I probably won't go back.
