I had my consultation after waiting a long time past my scheduled time. If that's the case, I wondered why they even take reservations. Everyone else was waiting a long time too, and they kept telling people who arrived after me to wait as well.. The consultation with the director was detailed, comparing what I wanted with my current face, and he honestly said things like we can try to get as close as possible to the direction I want, but it can't be perfect, it's my choice, with absolutely no pressure or persuasion, which I liked.
