It was my first surgery, so I had a lot of questions and was nervous, so I asked the manager and the director a ton of questions, and they answered all of them.. They adjusted the line several times and told me to say if I wanted anything, but some people say they were strict; for me that actually made them feel more trustworthy and reliable. Of course, that can depend on personal preference, though haha
