I went with an appointment, but since it was the weekend, the wait was huge. The director's consultation was very direct about what was needed and clearly said no when something couldn't be done.
The disappointing part was that the consultation time was too short, and the consultation was done without any before-and-after photos. It's my face they're going to trust, so I can't decide based on opinions alone, so I'm still thinking about it. Maybe it was just that day, but not showing before-and-after photos was disappointing in many ways.
