I wrote a long post and it got cut off? To keep it short, I went on time for revision eye surgery, but I waited for 2 hours. A staff member came over and did not even explain anything. Ugh; it felt like a crowded market, with staff running around in a panic. They were doing surgery at my appointment time? Maybe they are just scheduling appointments recklessly, which is why the place looks so busy. In the end, I got to consult with the director after 2 hours. I do not remember the consultation, and when I tried to speak to the staff, I figured they would just brush it off among themselves, so I told the director directly. They apologized and said they would match the price well if I had the surgery there. Anyway, I came out and told the manager I was leaving without even looking at the estimate. Could aftercare really be good at a place like this...? If you are going here for a consultation, do not make a later appointment after it;; lol
