They recommended simple refining or revision surgery rather than removal. Since I was trying to address both aesthetics and the part where the tip of the nose becomes softer, the consultation clearly moved in the direction of giving up one of the two, which I actually appreciated because they were being direct, but at the same time I would still like to find a place that can do both.
